These terms form the agreement between you ("you") and KiShisanMyaku K.K. ("KiShisanMyaku", "we", "us"). By using our services you accept these terms.
You must be at least 18, resident in Japan or another jurisdiction we accept, have legal capacity, and not appear on any Japanese sanctions or AML blacklist.
We provide execution, market access, research material and risk analytics. We do not provide investment, tax or legal advice.
All fees are detailed on our Fees page and disclosed before order entry. We give 30 days' written notice of fee changes.
Trading involves significant risk, including market loss. We are not liable for market losses, investment decisions, or market disruption beyond our reasonable control.
Except in cases of our gross negligence or wilful misconduct, our aggregate liability is capped at the total fees paid on the affected trades over the preceding 12 months.
You may close the account at any time in writing. We may close on 30 days' notice (or immediately) for legal, regulatory or material-breach reasons.
These terms are governed by Japanese law. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court, subject to applicable consumer-protection law.
